About Us

Broward College (BC) was founded in 1960 and is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA (near Miami).  BC is among the largest of the 28 colleges in the Florida state college system and serves more than 65,000 students in over 100 technical, career, or academic degree programs.  Broward College is accredited by the Southern Association of School and Colleges Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to offer Associate and Baccalaureate degrees.  In 2013 the prestigious Aspen Institute named Broward College as one of the top ten community colleges in the United States.

India International Center

The International Center in India was inaugurated in Aug 2014 by Mr. Thomas Vajda, Consul General of the United States in Mumbai, President David Armstrong of Broward College Florida, and Ms. Aruna Jayanthi, India CEO of Cap Gemini.
